Everyone’s favorite day of the year, REX MANNING DAY (if you don’t get it, please watch the movie Empire Records and then you will get it). This year it falls on Saturday April 6th. The main event will take place on 4th and South down in front of South Street Art Mart and Milkboy. There will be live music, food, giveaways, and many photo opps.
